The Well Work 360 Indicator Tool© is a new way to measure, manage & maximise your approach to workplace wellbeing. It helps organisations to identify & measure twenty evidence based aspects of workplace health & wellbeing through a customised employee survey. In an easy 3 step process, you will receive a comprehensive report that provides analysis & recommendations for lower scoring items. It allows you to then create bespoke strategies, programmes, training & talks that are based on employee needs, resulting in a healthier & more engaged workforce.
